Jennifer & Kelly's Wedding

Jennifer and Kelly got hitched the same day/evening as Crash Boom Bang Theatre's late night performance of Spaghettification. Needless to say, I was exhausted by the end of March 14th. Jennifer and Kelly got married at the Lake Guntersville Resort State Park in Guntersville, Alabama. What a gorgeous location! Apparently the Lodge was remodeled recently, and they did a fantastic job! The morning was rainy, but made for beautiful fog patches that created such serene environment. Jennifer and Kelly's families did such a wonderful job helping them put everything together. I can't thank them enough for the lovely opportunity to capture their day. I hope their days together will always be as happy and memorable as their wedding day!

Wall Blank: Curiosity

How neat! Shawn, of Wall Blank, chose one of our photos to feature on their site this week. It's such a wonderful concept and I'm excited to be featured! The photo will only be on the main page for today, Monday the 2nd of February, and available all of this week to purchase.

And now that we have an artist page with them, we'll be able to send them all sorts of stuff...including some of Andy's design works.

Ashley & Mason Engagement Session

I've spent the past two days uploading the 140+ photos from this engagement session. I went to high school with Ashley and Mason, and it was great to hear they (finally) are engaged! They are both such beautiful people that it was a breeze shooting them with the camera.

Ellie

A few weeks ago, Ellie, her mom (Tammy), grandmother and I tried to brave the FREEZING winds to do a photo shoot. In the end, we all decided it would be best to try again on a warmer day. After all, this is Alabama, and those mild days appear among our winters.

And Saturday was that day! Ellie is such a sport for the camera...and sometimes even quite the ham. Several times she showed us her fantastic winks and big smile! She was such a pleasure to work with and even a down right riot. Thank you Tammy and Ellie for such a fun day...and Ellie is quite the lucky girl with such a cool tricycle!

I used the fish eye lens during most of the shoot because kids always add such a fun element to it.
